摘要 通过营建企业交流空间的方法,可充分挖掘企业内部隐性知识,并利用所构建的强大网络系统,智能搜索企业外部同行业知识,实现企业隐性知识向显性知识的转化,形成企业知识库。在此基础上,通过知识地图和企业知识CAI学习软件将企业知识管理平台中的显性知识转化为员工隐性知识,还可增加企业创新的源动力。为进一步辅助企业创新设计,将所建知识管理平台与TRIZ方法结合,借鉴TRIZ方法解决问题的思路,设计出基于知识管理与TRIZ方法的计算机辅助创新平台框架。 By creating the space for communication inside the enterprise, the tacit knowledge can be adequately exploit, and with the help of the powerful network system which has been built, the knowledge which is related to the industry that this enterprise belonged to will be searched for intelligently. In this way, the transformation from tacit knowledge to explicit knowledge can be achieved inside the enterprise, meanwhile, the enterprise's knowledge base can be formed. On this basis, by using the knowledge map and enterprise's CAI knowledge-learning software, the explicit knowledge stored in the enterpris's knowledge management platform can be changed into the staff's tacit knowledge. As the result, the power of the enterprise's innovation will be increased. In order to give further support to the innovative design of enterprise, this thesis has designed the framework of the computer-aided innovative platform that based on the knowledge management and TRIZ method, combining both the knowledge management platform that have already been built and the ideas of TRIZ method's problem-solving.
