采用氢化丁腈橡胶(HNBR)为主体材料,以DCP/N90/S为硫化体系,通过配方优化设计,确定了实体膨胀管密封材料的配方以及胶料与金属管体的粘合体系,制定出了制备工艺路线,满足了实际使用要求。
