摘要 设计了基于虚拟仪器技术的电能质量分析仪校准检测系统,并将其应用于多种电能质量分析仪的校准检测。系统采用LabVIEW编程实现,通过虚拟仪器软件体系(virtual instruments software architecture,VISA)库函数组件、可编程仪器标准命令(standard commands for programmable instruments,SCPI)、仪器自带驱动以及所需的硬件接口卡和数据总线来完成PC机与各相关仪器之间的数据通信。系统功能包括标准源设置、仪器控制和测量数据的存储分析。实验和计算结果表明,该系统可以完成各项电能质量指标的校准检测,在实际校准检测中,显著提高了校准检测的效率,减小了人员误差。 A virtual instrument technology based automatic calibration and detection system for power quality analyzer is designed and implemented by the programming based on LabVIEW. The designed system is applied to the calibration and detection of multi-kind of power quality analyzers. By means of library function component in virtual instruments software architecture (VISA), standard commands for programmable instruments (SCPI), the self-contained drivers of the instruments and the required hardware interface cards and data bus, the data communication between PC and related instruments is established. The functions of the proposed system include the setup of standard source signal, instrument control and storage and analysis of measured data. Results from experiments and calculation show that the proposed system can perform the calibration and detection of various power quality indices. In actual calibration and detection of power quality analyzers the efficiency of calibration and detection is evidently improved and the personal errors are effectively reduced.
