摘要
研究了发电权交易及其对电网输电服务成本的影响。基于发电权交易矩阵,推导了发电权交易量与网损改变量之间的直观表达式,得出了发电权交易引起的网损费用计算公式。分析了发电权交易中的博弈行为,得出使得交易双方共赢的成交价格,并提出了发电权交易的最佳交易量判据和对电网经济运行影响综合判据。通过IEEE13节点系统验证了该方法的正确性与可行性。
The generation right transaction and its impacts on the cost of power transmission service are researched. Based on generation right transaction matrix, an intuitive expression for the transaction quantity of generation right and the variation of network loss is derived and a calculation formula for network loss cost due to the generation right transaction is proposed. The game behavior during generation right transaction is analyzed and the concluded price for the win-win of both transaction participants is attained, in addition, the criterion of optimal transaction quantity of generation right transaction and the comprehensive criterion for the impact of generation right transaction on power grid economic operation are put forward. By means of IEEE 13-bus system, the correctness and feasibility of the derived formulae and the proposed method are validated.
