摘要
根据大型原油储罐在水压试验条件下的应力和变形的有限元分析,确定了大型原油储罐的关键部位。对其关键部位材料采用热处理的方式模拟火灾过程,得到过火后大型储罐材料的力学性能和过火温度之间的对应关系。对过火后的大型储罐进行强度评定的结果表明,过火后的大型原油储罐符合强度要求。
Based on the finite element analysis of large-scale crude oil storage tank at water pressure test, integrated deformation and stress distribution for the wall and bottom plate of the tank were obtained,the adjacent region between first wall and second wall of the tank and the fillet weld between wall and bottom plate of large-scale crude oil storage tank was the key position. The fire process was simulated by the heat treatment for the key position, and the relationship between mechanical property and heating temperature of large tank after fire was obtained. The strength evaluation for large-scale crude oil storage tank after fire was implemented and the result showed that the strength for large crude oil tank was satisfied with requirement.
