摘要 简述了红外热像技术的发展及非致冷焦平面红外成像技术的基本原理,探讨了该技术在石化工业中电气设备的检测、典型热设备衬里损伤诊断、带保温层设备的检测与诊断、加热炉管的检测与寿命评估以及气体泄漏监测等方面的应用。同时对应用该技术时存在的热点问题,如正确环境参数的确定、发射率的标定、定位、定量分析、图像处理等进行了分析,并对该技术在石化工业的应用前景和发展方向进行了较深入的分析与思考。 The development of infrared thermography detection technique and the non-cooled infrared focal plane arrays system were briefly introduced. The applications of infrared thermography technique in inspection for the electric equipment failure, damages of heat-equipment lining, pipelines with insulation, heater tube residual life evaluation and gas leakage were discussed in detail. Problems and solutions in the application of the technique, such as the determination of environmental parameter and emissivity, positioning, quantitative analysis, image processing was given. Furthermore,the development of the prospect of the application of infrared thermography detection technique was discussed.
