热管是一种通过工作介质反复相变来进行传热的高效换热元件,在各种工业领域广泛应用。通过对中外文献的分类整理,简单地阐述了热管的发展历史、工作原理以及主要优点,并主要介绍了热管技术在化工领域几个方面的应用。在此基础上探讨了热管技术最新的发展方向,认为高温热管和微型热管技术发展最快,数值模拟技术将在热管研究中发挥重要作用。
Heat pipe is a high efficient heat exchange component, which transfers hea! by repeating the phase change of its working substance. It has wide applications in all kinds of industrial fields. By classifying and reorganizing both the Chinese and foreign literature on the heat pipe, the paper briefly expounds its developmental history, operating principle and main advantages, and introduces its applications in the chemical industry field. Then, the latest developmental trend of the heat pipe technology is discussed. It is believed that high-temperature heat pipe and micro heat pipe technologies will be the direction in which they will develop fastest and that numerical simulation will play an important role in the study of heat pipe technology.
