内层钢板高强钢筋混凝土复合井壁数值模拟 被引量:12

摘要 为解决深厚冲积层冻结井筒的支护难题,采用有限元软件对内层钢板高强钢筋混凝土复合井壁结构的强度特性进行了数值模拟。计算结果表明,提高混凝土强度等级、增大厚径比和加大内层钢板厚度可显著提高该种井壁的承载能力,而配筋率对井壁承载力影响很小。根据数值模拟计算结果,回归得到了内层钢板高强钢筋混凝土复合井壁承载能力计算公式,计算方法简单,可用于该类井壁结构设计参考。 Aiming at the problem of frozen shaft supports in super deep alluvium, numerical simulation for the strength characteristics of the composite shaft lining of inner steel cylinder and high strength reinforced concrete is carried out. The numerical simulation results indicate that the bearing capacity of the shaft lining can be obviously improved while the concrete grade is enhanced, the ratio of thickness and radius is increased or the thickness of inner steel cylinder is raised. The effect of reinforcement ratio to the bearing capacity of the shaft lining is limited. From the numerical simulation results, the equation to calculate the bearing capacity of the composite shaft lining of inner steel cylinder and high strength reinforced concrete can be concluded. The calculation method is simple and can be applied in the design of the shaft lining structure.
