摘要
为了客观、准确确定排水性路面的矿料级配及其最佳沥青用量,以20%的空隙率为目标空隙率,通过空隙率与2.36mm通过率的关系研究了矿料的级配;以混合料的流淌试验和飞散试验确定了最佳用油量,并对根据马歇尔试验结果对混合料级配进行了调整,在此基础上形成了排水性沥青混合料配合比组成设计方法。室内试验和试验路的研究结果表明,排水性沥青混合料的各项路用性能均满足规范要求。
In order to objectively and accurately determine the best aggregate gradation and OAC of the drainage bitumen concrete, taking 20% as the target porosity, the aggregate grading design was studied based on the relation of porosity and 2.36 mm passing rate ; the optimum asphalt aggregate ratios were determined on the basis of dispersion test and drainage test. The mix grade was adjusted according to the results of Marshall Test. The mixture design method of drainage bitumen concrete was presented. The road performance of drainage bitumen concrete met the request of the standard in the tests of indoor and outdoor.
