粉煤灰对水泥稳定碎石抗冲刷性能的改善 被引量:7

摘要 针对水泥稳定碎石基层在使用过程容易发生冲刷破坏问题,通过冲刷试验研究了不同粉煤灰掺量对水泥粉煤灰稳定碎石混合料抗冲刷性能的影响规律,分析粉煤灰对水泥稳定碎石抗冲刷性能的改善。结果表明:掺加一定量的粉煤灰可以明显改善水泥稳定碎石混合料的抗冲刷性能,最佳掺量为10%;在最佳掺量时,水泥水化形成的Ca(OH)2与掺加的粉煤灰可以充分反应,生成的大量凝胶可以使结构整体变得更加致密,增强水泥稳定碎石颗粒与颗粒之间的粘聚力,使水泥稳定碎石整体强度增大,进而提高混合料的抗冲刷能力。 In view of the erosion damage of cement stabilized aggregate to highway base course, the influence of different fly ash content on the erosion performance of cement stabilized aggregate are studied by erosion testing. The results show that mixing with a certain amount of fly ash can significantly improve the anti-erosion performance of cement stabilized aggregate, and the optimum mix amount is about 10%. For the optimum mix amount, Ca(OH) 2 of cement hydration formation can react well with fly ash to produce a large number of gelatin. The gelatin can make the overall structure denser and the cohesive force can be enhanced. Therefore, the cement stabilized aggregate mixing with fly-ash would have a good integer and the anti-erosion performance can be improved.
