银杏叶提取物对健康绝经后女性冠状动脉血流的影响 被引量:1

摘要 目的观察银杏叶提取物对健康绝经后女性冠状动脉血流的影响。方法 60例冠状动脉造影正常的健康绝经后女性分为银杏叶提取物注射液治疗组和对照组(各30例),2组均于用药前、后采用经胸超声心动图检测冠状动脉左前降支血流的变化。结果银杏叶提取物注射液显著增加健康绝经后女性冠状动脉左前降支收缩期峰值流速、舒张期峰值流速和舒张期时间速度积分;而对照组冠状动脉左前降支血流无明显变化,治疗组优于对照组(P<0.01)。结论银杏叶提取物注射液可增加健康绝经后女性冠状动脉血流。 Objective To investigate the effect of Ginkgo biloba extract on coronary artery blood flow in healthy post-menopausal women. Methods Sixty healthy post-menopausal women confirmed by cardioangiography were randomly assigned to Ginkgo biloba extract injection solution ( n=30) and control ( n =30) groups. Before and after intravenous administration, the distal left anterior descending coronary artery blood flow was measured by transthoracic doppler echocardiography. Results Ginkgo biloba extract injection solution treatment demonstrated a significant improvement in systolic peak velocity, diastolic peak velocity and diastolic time velocity integral. In contrast,saline had no effects on these parameters. Conclusion Ginkgo biloba extract injection solution treatment in healthy post-menopausal women led to the increase of coronary artery blood flow.
