超声测量腹内脂肪评估腹型肥胖的应用价值 被引量:7

摘要 目的探讨B超测量腹内脂肪厚度对评估国人腹型肥胖的应用价值。方法应用B超测量116例男性、84例女性腹内脂肪厚度(visceral fat thickness,VFT),同时进行螺旋CT检查测量腹内脂肪面积(visceral fatarea,VFA),并测腰围及体质量指数(body mass index,BMI),分析VFA、VFT、腰围、BMI之间的相关性,并分析各指标与空腹血糖、血脂、胰岛素敏感性指数(homeostasis model assessment for insulin resistance,HOMA-IR)间的相关性。结果 VFT、VFA、腰围、BMI之间呈正相关(P<0.01),VFT与VFA的相关性(男r=0.81,女r=0.76)最强,逐步回归分析显示VFT为影响VFA的主要因素(R^2=0.57,P <0.01);经校正年龄、性别后VFA、VFT、腰围与HOMA IR、三酰甘油、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、总胆固醇呈正相关,相关性VFA>VFT>腰围。结论 B超测量腹内脂肪厚度是评估腹内脂肪堆积的可靠方法,对国人中心性肥胖的诊断具有较高应用价值。
