有载分接开关滑挡闭锁误动分析

Maloperation Analysis of Automatic Passage of Positions Protection for On-Load Tap-Changer

通过对有载分接开关滑挡闭锁误动情况分析,发现了测控装置的逻辑判据存在的问题,并结合分接开关电动机构的控制回路,提出了改进建议。分接开关的电动机构可以通过判断凸轮的行程开关来进行逻辑判断,在分接开关的电机启动回路中设置一只继电器来监视电机运转时间,超时后将电机电源切断。

According to the maloperation analysis of automatic passage of positions protection for on-load tap-changer, it is found that there exist problems in the logical criterion of the measure and control device. And combining with the control circuit of motor drive mechanism for on-load tap-changer, this paper raised improved suggestions. Motor drive mechanism of on-load tap-changer could carry out logical judgement by judging travel switch of the cam. In the motor startup circuit of on-load tap-changer a relay was set to monitor running period of the motor and the motor was offwhen it worked overtime.
