Description was made to the core contents of lean thinking theory. Analysis was made on the concept of cellular production mode and its position and functions in lean thinking theory. How to carry out the application method in electrical appliance manufactur- ing industry was discussed with solutions given in practical application, so as to give some help while the enterprise carries out production mode transformation.
