对羟基苯丙酮的合成

摘要 以苯酚和丙酰氯为原料,经酯化、Fries重排合成对羟基苯丙酮。考察了Fries重排中BF3.H2O用量、温度和时间对产物收率的影响,确定了较佳的工艺条件,总收率为86.5%。产品和中间体经1H NMR和MS确证。 p-Hydroxypropiophenone was synthesized from phenol and propionyl chloride by esterification and Fries rearrangement reaction. The effects of the amount of BF3·H2O, temperature and reaction time on the yield of the product were studied. The optimized conditions were confirmed. The overall of the product was 86.5%. The structures of the product and intermediate were characterized by 1H NMR and MS.
