原油储罐清洗的环境污染及环保对策

Environment Pollution and Environmental Protection Counter-measures of Crude Oil Tank Cleaning

以宁波北仑某原油码头原油储罐清洗为例,结合原油储罐的机械化清洗过程,对清罐作业产生的环境污染作了详尽的分析,并对在清罐作业中一直被忽视的外逸废气和厂界环境空气中的有机污染物进行了实时抽样监测,结合原油储罐清洗作业的环境污染提出了相应的环保对策。

Taking the case of the crude oil tank cleaning in one crude oil terminal of Ningbo Beilun, the mechanical cleaning process of the crude oil tank and the environment pollution of cleaning operation were detailed presented. The escaping waster gas and ambient air boundary during cleaning operation were real-time sampled and the organic pollutants in escaping waster gas and ambient air boundary were monitored, that had been neglected until recently. The environment protection countemeasures relevent to the environment pollution during crude oil tank cleaning operation were recommended.
