摘要
以上海市四川北路商业街为案例,建构具有可操作性的商业街定位研究与绩效评价框架和方法;另一方面,通过对四川北路的研究,揭示和总结在消费升级、业态转型、品牌竞争的商业转型时代,大都市商业中心区传统商业街改造规划与实施过程中的经验和教训,为今后我国城市商业街改造规划提供参照,提升城市特色商业街的竞争力和吸引力,促进城市特色商业街的健康发展。
With North Sichuan Road Commercial Street in Shanghai as an example, this paper sets up an operable method and framework for commercial street orientation research and performance evaluation. On the other hand, it reveals the experiences and lessons of the planning and implementation of traditional com- mercial street transformation at the CBD of metropo- lis in the business transitional period which is featured by consumption upgrading, transforming of operation types and brand competition. It would be a reference to other cities to improve the healthy development of commercial streets with Chinese characteristics.
