摘要 基于黏弹性材料在动载荷下的能耗理论,覆盖层采用三元件固体模型,对输送机压陷阻力的能耗机理进行了理论研究,推导出输送带通过托辊时的压陷阻力系数理论公式,并对橡胶输送带的压陷阻力进行了试验研究,结果表明,各因素对压陷阻力的影响与理论分析结果基本一致,证明了理论公式的正确性。得出输送带的黏弹性特性是造成输送机压陷阻力的主要因素。 Based on the theory of energy consumption of viscoelastic material under dynamic loading, the theoretical study of energy consumption mechanism of conveyor indentation resistance was carried out using a solid model of three parameter of the belt backing material, and theoretical formulae of indentation resistance coefficient to motion of a conveyor belt over idlers were derived. And the indentation resistance of rubber conveyor belt was studied by the experiment. The result shows that it is consistant that the effect law of various factors on indentation resistance with the theoretical result, and the correctness of formula is verified. It is primarily the viscoelasticity of belt that cause the indentation resistance of belt conveyor.
