居民区二种药物现场控制白蚊伊蚊的效果研究

Study on Field Control Effect of Two Insecticides against Aedes Albopictus in Residential Area

目的比较探索快速有效控制白纹伊蚊成虫的药物,为化学防制提供理论依据。方法居民小区使用ULV喷洒技术喷洒10%"卫豹"胺.氯菊微乳剂和4.5%杀虫悬浮剂,采用叮人法、孳生地阳性率考核控制白纹伊蚊的效果。结果10%"卫豹"胺.氯菊微乳剂(应用剂量0.33～0.34ml/m2)4.5%杀虫悬浮剂(应用剂量0.12～0.30ml/m2)喷洒后2h、1d、4d、7d后,叮人率指标相关密度指数值均小于40,该药对白纹伊蚊幼虫也有一定的控制作用,2种药物喷药后1d和7d,RPI值均<50。结论在居民小区,10%"卫豹"胺.氯菊微乳剂和4.5%杀虫悬浮剂2种药物均能取得较满意的控制白纹伊蚊成虫效果并维持7d的控制效果,对孳生地幼虫也有一定的控制作用。

Objective To evaluate the control effect of two insecticides （ ＂ Weibao＂ 10% tetramethrin - permethrin A and 4. 5% beta - cypermethrin suspension concentrate B） against Aedes albopictus adults. Method After being sprayed by ULV in residential area, two insecticides were evaluated on control of Aedes albopictus by methods of adult density captured by man - bait and breeding positive rate. Results The two indexes of density in Aedes albopietus were under 40 after two kinds of insecticide （A or B） spraying for 4h, ld, 4d, 7d. The RPI index were under 50 after two insecticide spraying （A or B） for ld, 7d. Conclusions Two kinds of insecticides （A or B） can rapidly kill Aedes albopictus larvae and adults in residential area and last 7 days with ULV sprayer. They also have effect of controlling larva.
