河北省痰抗酸杆菌涂片检查室间质量控制结果分析

Analysis of Result of External Quality Control of Acid-fast Bacilli in Smear Sputum in Hebei

目的评价河北省痰抗酸杆菌涂片检查室间质量控制实施效果。方法采用双盲法进行室间质控,萋-尼氏抗酸染色法;分析2006～2008年痰抗酸杆菌涂片检查室间质量控制报表。结果室间质控中镜检第一复检结果准确度较高;各级实验室痰涂片制片质量逐年提高;2006～2008年度涂阳肺结核病检出率保持在较高水平。结论双盲法室间质量控制,激发了基层实验室技术人员参与竞争意识,提高了室间质控的透明度和公正性,提高了全省痰检实验室的整体水平,从而提高了全省涂阳肺结核病人发现率。

Objective To evaluate external quality control effect of acid -fast bacilli in smear sputum in hebei. Method Applicate Double - Blinded - Rechecking, Ziehl - Neelson stainin , analysied of external quality control tables for Acid - fast bacilli in smear sputum from 2006 to 2008. Results The first reinspect result was obtained at higher accuracy, the quality of sputum smear were improved in various laboratory ; the Slide - Positive - Rate of 2006 -2008 were maintained a higher level; Conclusions The method of Double - Blinded - Rechecking stimulated the basic technicians to participate in the competition consciousness , improved fairness and transparency of external quality control and improved the overall level of TB laboratory thus the detection rate of smear-positive patient was improved.
