摘要 目的通过对赤峰市2008年布鲁氏菌病防治资料的分析,从而进行针对性的防治。方法整理分析2008年赤峰市布鲁氏菌病防治资料,分析流行趋势及影响因素。结果采集血样5360人份,报告病人1136例,阳性率21.19%。结论未经检疫、免疫的牲畜的流动,畜牧经营方式、产业结构的调整,个人防护意识差等是布鲁氏菌病的暴发流行的主要因素。目前控制措施仍采用布鲁氏菌病的综合进行防治措施,同时在新形势下要采用新的措施来控制其流行。 Objective To carry out targeted prevention and treatment by studying on the prevention and control of brucellosis information Chifeng City in 2008 . Method The information of brucellosis prevention and control was collected and trends and influencing factors analyses were conducted. Results 5360 blood samples were collected, 1136 cases of patients were reported, of which the positive rate was 21.19%. Conclusions Movement of livestock without quarantine and immunization, livestock management methods, industrial structure adjustment and poor awareness of personal protective brucellos are the major factors of brucellosis outbreak. The comprehensive brucellosis prevention and control measures are still carried out currently and adopting new measures to control the epidemiein new suitation.
