本文根据博弈论中完全信息博弈理论,对水电工程索赔中承包方和业主的处理过程进行模型化分析,并基于承包方的角度,研究了其在索赔中的不同选择。从而为承包商在索赔中做出正确决策提供帮助,同时达到提高索赔成功率的目的。

This paper has carried out model analysis for the processing of the claim between the owner and contractor in hydraulic and hydroelectric engineering based on the perfect information of game theory, and the contractor＇s point of view, it studied their different choices in the claim and provided the help for the contractor in the claim to make the right decisions, in the same time achieving the purpose of improving the success rate of claims.
