我院住院患者抗菌药物临床应用调查分析

Analysis of Antibiotic Application in Inpatients of Our Hospital

目的:评价我院住院患者抗菌药物的应用情况。方法:对我院2008年3～6月每月各病房出院病历各10份共计760份的抗菌药物应用情况进行回顾性分析。结果:我院住院患者抗菌药物应用率达77.0%,其中二联应用抗菌药物占39.9%,三联应用占7.0%;标本送检率仅为24.5%。结论:我院住院患者抗菌药物应用率偏高,术后预防性应用抗菌药物较多,治疗性用药病原学检查标本送检率低,需加强抗菌药物合理应用与规范化管理。

Objective：To evaluate the use of antibiotics in our hospital. Methods： A total of 760 clinical records of discharged cases, 10 records in each ward, were randomly selected from March to June of 2008. We made a retrospective investigation on the use of antibiotics in these records. Results： The application rate of antibiotics in our hospital reached 77.0% , among which 39. 9% was used in combination of two drug regime and 9.0% was used in combination of three drug regime. Only 24.5% of cases had the specimens applied for aetiology examination. Conclusions： The prophylactic application rate of antibiotics in inpatients of our hospital as well as the postoperative use of antibiotics were both on the high level, while the rate of specimens applying for aetiology examination was on the low level. Therefore, it is urgent to strengthen the control on the rational use and standard management of antibiotics in our hospital.
