769例儿童静脉给药致药物不良反应报告分析

An Analysis of 769 Case Reports of Children Adverse Drug Reactions by Intravenous Administration

目的:探讨儿童静脉用药发生药物不良反应(ADR)的特点,指导临床合理用药。方法:对我院2006～2008年收集到的769例静脉给药ADR报告,建立数据库并进行统计分析。结果:10岁以下儿童发生不良反应较多;药物中以抗微生物药物所致不良反应较多,ADR临床表现以皮肤损害为主。结论:应注意儿童ADR相关因素,重视合理用药,防止ADR的发生。

Objective ：To investigate the general characteristics of ADR in children by iv and to guide rational drug use. Methods： Seven hundred and sixty nine cases of children＇s ADR by iv collected from our hospital in 2006 - 2008 were put into data base and analyzed. Results： Most patients who had ADR were children younger than 10 years old in age, and most cases of ADR were caused by antibiotics, the clinical manifestation of most ADR was skin lesion. Conclusions： Most attention should be paid to monitoring children＇s ADR and to rational drug use in order to avoid ADR.
