摘要
目的:建立高效液相色谱法测定小儿支气管炎颗粒中盐酸麻黄碱含量的方法。方法:ODSC18柱(4.6mm×150mm);以0.08mol/L磷酸二氢钾溶液∶乙腈=90∶10(用三乙胺调pH6.8左右)为流动相,流速0.8mL/min,检测波长254nm;柱温30℃,二级管阵列检测器,进样量为10μL。结果:盐酸麻黄碱在进样量24.4~244.0μg/mL范围内浓度与峰面积线性关系良好,回归方程为Y=276.48X+608.88(r=0.9995,n=6);平均加样回收率为99.05%,RSD=0.84%。结论:本方法简便,灵敏度高,回收率高,测定结果准确可靠,重现性好,可以作为小儿支气管炎颗剂的质量控制方法。
Objective:To develop an HPLC method for the determination of contents of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Xiao'er Zhiqiguanyan Keli. Methods: The separation was performed on an ODS C18 column (4.6 mm × 150 mm) held in the oven of 30 ℃. The mobile phase was consisted of a degassed mixture of 0. 08 mol/L Potassium dihydrogen Phosphate and acetonitrile ( 90 : 10 ), adjusted with the Triethylamine to a pH 6.8, and the flow rate was 0.8 mL/min and UV detection wavelength was 254 nm. The volume of sample was 10 uL by diode array detector. Results: The calibration of the response of Ephedrine Hydrochloride in Xian'er Zhiqiguanyan Keli ranged from 24.4 - 244. 0 ug/mL with a correlation coefficient of 0.9995, average recovery rate of 99.05% and RSD of 0. 84%. Conclusions : This method proves to be quick, simple and sensitive, with a high recovery rate and accurate and reliable results. It could be applied to the quality control of Xiao'er Zhiqiguanyan Keli.
