介绍了在Ｗｉｎｄｏｗｓ环境条件下开发的ＶｉｓｕａｌＢａｓｉｃ３．０系统软件的特点及其操作方法。
The characteristics and concrete operating procedures of Visual Basic 3.0 software system, which is developed by windows environment, are introduced in this paper.
