脑钠素与急性心肌梗死预后关系的研究 被引量:2

摘要 目的探讨血浆脑钠素(BNP)浓度与急性心肌梗死(AMI)预后的关系。方法86例AMI患者经12个月的随访,观察AMI组与对照组心血管事件及血浆BNP浓度变化,并与25例健康体检者(对照组)进行比较。结果AMI组血浆BNP浓度高于对照组(P<0.01),发生心血管事件的患者血浆BNP浓度明显高于未发生者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论BNP可作为AMI后心血管事件的预测因子。
