摘要
催化裂化(FCC)油浆的典型特点是其中富含芳香分,是优质道路沥青的理想调合组分。使用FCC油浆和交联缩合FCC油浆掺兑塔河渣油生产改质沥青,并研究了不同馏出率油浆同塔河渣油按不同比例掺兑所得沥青的软化点、针入度及粘度等的变化规律。确定催化油浆最佳掺兑比例为25%~35%,改质沥青基本性能可满足道路沥青标准。同时,向塔河改质沥青中添加5‰的抗老化剂,膜后性质表明残留针入度比有了明显提高,老化性能得到明显改善。用FCC油浆调和塔河渣油,可以充分利用各自的优势,发挥出最大的效益生产出高质量的道路沥青,对我国道路建设的发展具有重要的意义。
Fluid catalytic cracking (FCC) slurry with a high content of aromatics is the ideal blending component for paving asphalt. Tahe upgrading asphalt was produced by blending with FCC slurry or condensation FCC slurry in this study. The influence of different proportions between FCC slurry and Tahe residual distillateon the softening point, penetration and viscosity of upgrading asphalt has been investigated. And the best blending proportion of FCC slurry has been determined as 25% - 35%. The basic performance of Tahe upgrading asphalt could meet the performance standards of paving asphalt. Moreover, adding 5 %o anti - aging agents to Tabe upgrading asphalt, the residue penetration ratio after thin film oven test (TFOT) was presented remarkably improved. Therefore, the anti - aging properties of Tahe upgrading asphalt were improved significantly. Blending FCC slurry with Tahe residual distillate could make full use of advantages of both and play out the greatest benefits to produce high - quality asphalt, which has an important significance for road con- struction and development of China.
