病害路段沥青混合料抗水损害试验研究 被引量:2

摘要 以发生水损害沥青路面表面层AC-13混合料为研究对象,用相同原材料在室内还原混合料试样进行抗水损害试验评价,研究水稳定性评价方法与实际路面水损害的一致性,同时探讨级配优化和抗剥落剂改善混合料水稳定性的效果,试验结果表明原路面混合料的水稳定性指标低于冻融劈裂试验(AASHTO T283)和汉堡轮辙试验(AASHTO T324)评价指标标准,对比试验表明嵌挤级配和生石灰抗剥落剂能明显改善混合料的水稳定性。 The surface layer of AC -13 mixture that had suffered from moisture damage was the research object. Test specimens were compacted using the same raw materials as on - site mixture and the moisture sensitivity of the specimens was evaluated. Test results show that the Free - thaw Splitting Test ( AASHTO T283) and the Hamburg Wheel - tracking Test ( AASHTO T324) were basically consistent with the moisture damage conditions of field mixture and contrastive tests showed that use of interlock gradation structure and use of lime as anti - stripping agent can significantly improve the moisture stability of asphalt mixtures.
