摘要
针对普通沥青乳化剂在实际工程应用中存在乳化性能不足、稳定性较差、破乳速度较快,达不到慢裂快凝的技术要求等问题,研制出了NE-6慢裂快凝型沥青乳化剂,对影响拌合时间的因素进行了考察,NE-6慢裂快凝型沥青乳化剂成功应用于黑龙江哈绥高速公路连接线及碾北公路S302省道微表处路面试验路铺设,显示出了良好的慢裂快凝效果。
A new cationic bitumen emulsifier NE - 6 for Slow - Breaking and Quick - Setting was developed for solving the problems of unsatisfied emulsifying properties, poor stability and too rapid setting speed in practical engineering applications using ordinary emulsifier. Factors influencing mixed time were studied, such as pH value, mixed temperature, additives and so on. The bitumen emulsifier NE -6 was successfully applied in Micro -surfacing maintenance construction on Harbin -Suihua expressway connecting lines and Nianzishan -Beian S302 Provincial Highway in Heilongjiang province, showing a good performance of Slow -Breaking and Quick - Setting.
