摘要
提出了一种测量石油静电电位的装置，并对其可行性进行了分析；还对石油的静电电位分布进行了数值计算和结果分析。
In this paper a kind of measuring device of petroleum electrostatic potential is described and its feasibility is analyzed. In addition, based on the numerical calculation, the petroleum electrostatic potential is calculated and the results are analyzed too.
