摘要
为提高触发真空开关的峰值电流导通能力,借鉴真空灭弧室的设计经验,利用线圈型触头开发了单边纵磁结构的触发真空开关。详细介绍了开关的结构,并测量了其实际导通能力与触发性能。结果表明,这种结构的触发真空开关,最大单波导通电量可达50C以上,导通时延在5μs左右。简略地讨论了磁场的作用。
In order to improve the peak current carrying capability, a new type of triggered vacuum switch (TVS) is developed. The structure of th TVS is introduced. The charge transferring capability and the trigger characteristics were measured. The results reveal that this type of TVS can transfer 50C of charge per cycle, and the trigger time delay is about 5μs. The interactions between the axial magnetic field and the vacuum arc are discussed.
