腹腔镜治疗妇科急腹症的临床观察

目的：观察腹腔镜治疗妇科急腹症的临床疗效。方法：应用腹腔镜治疗妇科急腹症24例，根据病情的不同及有无生育要求采取针对性的手术方式。结果：24例妇科急腹症患者均成功实施腹腔镜手术治疗，无中转开腹病例，平均手术时间45min，术后住院平均时间3．2d。结论：腹腔镜治疗妇科急腹症安全且效果显著，住院时间短、痛苦少，特别适合有生育要求的年轻患者。
