摘要
介绍了国内外重整生成油脱烯烃工艺及催化剂。目前半再生重整通常采用后加氢工艺,芳烃损失大,连续重整一般采用颗粒白土精制工艺,脱烯烃精度高,白土用量大,寿命短,污染环境。采用高选择性加氢脱烯烃技术处理连续重整生成油可取代传统的白土精制工艺。
The selective hydrogenation processes for removal of olefins from reformate both in China and abroad are described. Nowadays, most of the semi-regeneration catalytic reformers apply post hydrogenation process, which is high in aromatics losses. Whereas, in continuous catalytic reformers, clay treating process is generally selected. Although this process is high in olefin removal, it is great in clay requirement, short in clay service life and polluting to environment. The highly selective hydrogenation process for the removal of olefins can completely replace the conventional clay treating process for treating the reformate of CCR unit.
