Contract management in different phases of EPCC project implementation i.e. engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning, etc is described in detail. The important issues in contract management and precautions are discussed. The contract management organization and capabilities and responsibilities of contraction management personnel in EPCC proiect are presented.
