TheUltrasonograhic Characteristics Of The Third Trimester Fetus, s atrial Septa

目的：探讨胎儿晚孕期房间隔声像图特点。方法：对60例晚孕期的胎儿心脏进行超声检查，清晰显示房间隔的结构，发现胎儿期房间隔为2条纤细薄膜样回声，分别连于心房底部及心内膜垫处，对两侧模样回声长度进行测量并相加，记录下结果，后进行总结分析。结论：91％晚孕期胎儿房间隔两模样回声的长度之和≥10mm，平均膜长11．23mm。

Objective： To discuss the ultrasonograhic characteristics of the Third Trimester Fetus, s atrial septal. Method： 60 Cases in the Third Trimester Fetus, s hearts were examined with ultrasonography, clearly dispiay the structure of atrial septal, discovered it was made of two tenuity films which were continued at the bottom of atial and endocardial cushion, measure the length of the two tenuity films and plus them,results were recorded and analyzed. Conclusion： 91% the sum of the two tenuity films ≥ 10mm, the average lenth of the films is 11.23mm.
