考察太空诱导丹参种子在优化发芽条件下的生长情况 被引量:6

摘要 目的通过对丹参种子发芽试验的研究,为航天搭载的丹参种子提供最佳发芽条件。方法采用不同温度、不同浸种时间、不同发芽床和不同的预处理方法对同批次未搭载的丹参种子和新鲜种子进行试验。结果浸种溶液为100 mmol.L-1的CaCl2液时,能使未搭载的丹参种子和新鲜种子发芽率分别提高10.0%、4.6%。结论浸种溶液为100 mmol.L-1的CaCl2液,浸种时间为12 h,发芽床为营养土+河砂,温度为30℃时,可明显促进丹参种子的萌发;大空诱导丹参种子出苗后幼苗的生长情况明显较优于未经诱导的丹参种子。 Objective To offer the optimal germination condition to the Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. seeds by space-carrying. Methods The germination test was done on ground control and fresh seed of Salvia, using different temperatures, different soaking time, different germination beds, and different pretreatments. Results The seed germination of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. could be promoted obviously when CaCl2 was 100 mmol · L^-1. The germination capacity of the ground control and fresh seed was increased by 10. 0% and 4.6%, respectively. Conclusion Seed germination of Salvia miltiorrhiza Bge. capillary could be obviously promoted when CaCl2 was 100 mmol · L^-1 , the seed soaking time was 12 h and the germination bed was potting soil with sands at 30 ℃.
