关于专家门诊医生出、停诊中存在的问题及改进对策探讨

门诊是医院工作的最前沿，是医院的窗口，也是联系社会与医院的枢纽，门诊工作的优劣、质量的高低，不仅对医院的声誉会产生重大的影响，更关系着医院的总体效益。我们结合本单位实际，分析专家、专科门诊医生出诊停诊中存在的问题及对医院的总体效益和门诊工作的影响，并就此提出了一些对策与建议。

The outpatient department is the front line, window in hospital, and the key position between the hospital and the society, which work＇s qualities greatly affect not only the reputation of the hospital, but also the hospital＇s total effectiveness. With connecting our hospital, this paper analyses the problems of the experts＇consulting and stopping consulting how to affect the hospital＇s total effectiveness and the work in clinic, and some suggestions and countermeasures are proposed.
