转型时期我国社会体育利益分化明显,体育利益结构变化深刻,很大程度上影响了我国体育事业的和谐发展,所以现阶段应该加强对社会体育利益整合机制的研究。考虑我国社会经济发展的实际情况,体育利益整合机制应主要包括充足的主体动力、健全的体育利益保障机制、完善的体育利益表达机制、合理的体育利益分配机制、多元的体育利益补偿机制。

Therefore, we should strengthen the research on the social sports interests＇ integration system at the current stage. Considering the actual situation of the social economy development in our country, the sports interests＇ integration system should include： sufficient primary motivation, healthy sports interests＇ guarantee system, perfect sports interests expression system, reasonable sports interests＇ allocation system, multiple sports interests＇ compensation system.
