摘要
职业体育的市场交易制度是界定市场交易主体之间产权交换的经济制度,也是现阶段我国体育市场最具实施效率的制度。按照交易的签约顺序,进一步细分为签约前制度、签约时的制度以及签约后的制度三种。签约前的制度包括市场准入和担保制度;契约谈判制度主要是劳资谈判;契约签订后还必须通过复杂的制度加以保障,包括监督制度(共有联盟总裁监督、裁判监督和媒体监督三个层次)、激励制度、纠纷处理制度和保险制度等。
This paper made a theoretical analysis on the institutions of market dealing in the pmfessional sports. The results showed that： （1） the institutions of market dealing can be divided into 3 sections： pre -contract institutions, negotiation institutions and institutions after signing the contract; （2） pre-contract institutions include market entry certification system and guarantee system; （3） the main contents of negotiation institutions is negotiation system between laborer and Manager; （4） after the signing of the contract, motivation and supervision system need to build so as to protect the performance of the contract.
