摘要
DEA模型用于测评一组具有多种投入和多种产出的决策单元(DMU)的绩效和效率。目前,DEA应用性研究已经渗入经济学与管理学的大量领域之中,并大量应用在财政支出效率分析。本文用DEA模型,以各级教育毛入学率、生均预算内教育事业费支出分别作为输出、输入指标,分析了广东省2000—2007年教育财政支出效率,得出结论是广东省教育财政支出效率总体不高,对提高各级各类教育毛入学率作用不明显,但有逐步改善的趋势。
The DEA model is used to evaluate the performance and efficiency of DUM. Application of DEA model has infiltrated into the fields of economies and management sciences, and is widely used to analyze the efficiency of financial expenditure. The financial expenditure of education in Guangdong province during 2000- 2007 is not high in efficiency in general, and the effects on enhancing the gross student enrollment rates at various levels of education institutions are not obvious. But some improvements have gradually appeared.
