雌激素α受体基因多态性与疾病相关性的研究进展 被引量：3

摘要 雌激素α受体(ERα)是雌激素发挥作用的关键,ERα存在基因多态性,目前已对ERα基因多态性与多种疾病易感性进行了多项研究。本文就ERα基因的多态性位点PvuII、XbaI、T29C、A252966G及其与疾病相关性的关系进行了综述。
