摘要
阐述了为适应大型煤矿建设需要,采煤机功率配置变化,大功率采煤机已作为煤矿高效开采的主要设备。介绍了大功率电牵引采煤机国内外当前应用情况,分析了国内大功率采煤机在总体技术、结构设计与传动技术、电气系统性能方面的差距及其今后发展趋势。
For adapting construction need of large colliery, power configuration of coal cutter must change and those with large power have become main equipment for high-efficiency mining. This paper introduced current application situation of coal cutter with electric traction and large power in domestic and overseas. It also analyzed technical gap of domestic coal cutter with large power from abroad in whole technology, structure design, transmission technology and electric system performance and its develop tendency.
