排气管与气缸盖连体式消失模铸造工艺

运用消失模铸造工艺在设计上的自由度优势,进行了柴油发动机铸铁排气管和气缸盖连体式消失模铸件的结构工艺设计与试生产,取得了阶段性的成果。本文也对铸造成型工艺过程中存在的铸件渗漏、粘砂、气孔、开裂以及变形问题进行了分析并采取了相应的改进措施。

Upon on advantage of design degree of full mold casting tecnnology,periodical achievements for design of linked exhaust pipe and cylinder head casting structure and trial production have been gained. Casting defects such as leakage, burning-on, blowhole, cracking and deformation have been analyzed and some corresponding improving measures adopted.
