摘要
介绍了一种接触测量和非接触测量相结合的回转体测量系统,分析了远心镜头在非接触测量部分的应用。阐述了回转体测量系统的结构和测量方案;讨论了待测回转体的特性参数,指出为了提高测量速度需尽可能采用非接触测量方法;使用远心镜头和平行光源进行了相关实验。结果表明:远心镜头的平行投影能有效地解决回转体工件平面特征成像轮廓线的干扰问题。
A rotary workpiece measurement system that has a combination of contact and non-contact measurement scheme is introduced. The application of telecentric lens in non-contact measurement is analyzed. The structure of rotary workpiece measurement system and the measurement scheme are introduced. The characteristic parameters of rotary workpiece arc discussed. The non-contact measurement method should be used as much as possible in order to improve the measurement speed. Telecentric lens and parallel light are used in experiments. The resuh indicates that the parallel projection of telecentric lens can effectively solve the problem of the contour interference of rotary workpiece plane features.
