摘要
目的:探讨Roux-en-Y胃转流术(GBP)对2型糖尿病大鼠降糖作用的机制。方法:雄性Wistar大鼠随机分为四组,空白组(1组)、手术组(2组)、造模组(3组)、造模+手术组(4组),测定术前及术后48h、1周、8周大鼠的空腹血糖、胰岛素、胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)的变化。结果:4组术后1周空腹血糖值降低(P<0.01),空腹胰岛素值升高(P<0.05),空腹GLP-1升高(P<0.05)。结论:GBP能显著降低2型糖尿病大鼠的血糖值,可能通过术后GLP-1增加引起。
Objective:To study the mechanism of the hypoglycemic effect of gastric bypass (GBP) on type 2 diabetic rats.Methods:Male Wistar rats were randomly allocated into four groups,blank group (group 1),operation group (group 2),model group (group 3),model and operation group (group 4).Fasting plasma glucose concentration,insulin and glucagon-like peptide-1 (GLP-1) were measured before operation and 48 hours,1 week as well as 8 weeks after operation in all rats.Results:The 4 group's plasma glucose level decreased at the time of 1 week after GBP (P〈0.01),fasting plasma insulin levels increased (P〈0.05),fasting plasma GLP-1 elevated (P〈0.05).Conclusion:GBP can significantly reduce plasma glucose in type 2 diabetic rats.The hypoglycemic effect may contribute to more GLP-1 secretion after GBP.
