摘要
目的:研究合金的粗糙度与细菌黏附的关系。方法:将不同Ra值的钛合金与金合金试件与黏性放线菌进行体外黏附实验,采用菌落形成单位(CFU)计数法比较培养试件表面的细菌黏附量,并用SPSS13.0软件对结果进行分析。结果:随着研抛程序的进行,两种合金试件表面粗糙度均降低,其表面细菌黏附量也随之降低;经完善抛光的两种合金表面细菌黏附量无显著性差异。结论:表面粗糙度对细菌黏附起着重要影响,冠修复时应重视抛光。
Objective:To study the correlation between surface roughness of alloys and bacteria adhesion.Methods:Definite amounts of streptococcus mutans and actinomyces viscosus were adhered onto the surface of titanium alloy and gold alloy with different roughness,then the quantification of adhered bacteria on the surface of the materials were assayed by means of colony forming unit (CFU) method.Statistical analysis was used with SPSS 13.0 software.Results:The surface roughness and amount of plaque adhesion decreased with the increase in polishing level.There was no significant difference between gold alloy and titanium alloy by polished.Conclusion:The surface roughness of alloys is important for the early adhesion of bacterial plaque,the surface of crowns should be polished as smooth as possible.
