两种合金烤瓷冠对牙龈组织的影响

The effect of two kinds of alloy PFM to gingiva

目的:比较镍铬合金烤瓷冠和钴铬合金烤瓷冠对牙龈组织的影响。方法:对100例单个后牙金属烤瓷冠修复患者分别制作镍铬合金、钴铬合金烤瓷冠各50件,1年后以牙龈指数为标准,评价牙龈健康状况。结果:牙龈健康状况:钴铬合金烤瓷冠A40例、B8例、C2例、D0例;镍铬合金烤瓷冠A28例、B10例、C7例、D5例。两者比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=10.118,P=0.018)。结论:钴铬合金对牙龈组织的不利影响较镍铬合金轻。

Objective：To compare the effect of Co-Cr and Ni-Cr PFM to gingiva.Methods：100 cases of patients who needed to restore single molars were divided into two groups,and were respectively made 50 pieces of Co-Cr and Ni-Cr PFM.After one year,the state of gingiva were evaluated as the principle of gingival index.Results：The state of gingiva was Co-Cr alloy：A 40,B 8,C 2,D 0 and Ni-Cr alloy：A 28,B 10,C 7,D 5,there was a significant difference between the two groups （χ2=10.118,P=0.018）.Conclusion：The adverse influence of Co-Cr PFM to gingiva is lighter than Ni-Cr.
