甲硝唑口含片制备工艺研究

Study on preparation of the Metronidazole Buccal Tablets

目的:制备甲硝唑口含片。方法:以口感、外观、崩解时限、硬度、体外溶出度作为考察指标,采用正交试验设计法优化处方。结果:最佳处方:甲硝唑200g、蔗糖粉40g、甘露醇10g、阿斯巴甜20g、柠檬香精4%、羧甲基淀粉钠(CMS-Na)0.2%和硬脂酸镁0.5%。结论:该甲硝唑含片的制备工艺合理。

Objective：To prepare the metronidazole buccal Tablet.Methods：By using orthogonal design,different formula and active ingredients according to the characteristics of buccal tablets were evaluated by the effect of the taste,appearance characteristics,disintegrating time,hardness and in vitro dissolution.Results：The optimal formulation composed of metronidazole 200 g,sucrose powder 40 g,mannitol 10 g,aspartame 20 g,4 percent Lemon Flavor,0.2 percent sodium carboxymethyl starch,and 0.5 percent magnesium stearate.Conclusion：The proposed process method is reasonable and favorable for industrial production.
