对不同精神疾病患者MMPI测试结果分析

Result analysis on different mental illness patient MMPI test

目的:探讨不同精神疾病的MMPI(399题)的10个因子分值。方法:MMPI心理测查,中国常模K校正的T分,选用Hs、D、Hy、Pd、Mf、Pa、Pt、Sc、Ma、Si因子分,T≥60为界。结果:抑郁症占所调查疾病中比例最高,占33.2%,呈高发趋势。结论:不同精神疾病人格不同,MMPI可以辅助精神科临床诊断。

Objective：To explore different mental disorders MMPI （399 items） of the 10 different factor scores.Methods：MMPI psychological test investigations,the Chinese norm K-corrected T points,choosed Hs,D,Hy,Pd,Mf,Pa,Pt,Sc,Ma,Si sub-factor,T≥60 as the boundary.Results：Depressive disorders accounted for the highest proportion of the survey,accounting for 33.2%,into a high-fat trend.Conclusion：Different personalities of different mental illnesses,MMPI can assist psychiatric diagnosis.
